Salary range: $16.00 - $20.00 hourly
The Hardware Sales Associate is a self-starter who does not require much direction to get the work done. You enjoy working in the hardware environment executing the tasks assigned to you. You are thorough in your work ensuring plans are followed to a tee. You pride yourself on maintaining a positive attitude and not stopping until the job is done right. You’ve ideally had experience in hardware, plumbing, paint, electrical, tools, grills, and some merchandising. As a member of the Hardware department, you are called to follow Klem’s sales practices, participate in trainings, and assist the customer in making the perfect purchase. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
